Asante Technical Services runs this site. Privacy questions go to support@ats-nh.com.

This website

The site has no accounts. The contact form does not send your message through the site. It opens your mail program.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party trackers on this site. Your browser may still store ordinary technical data required to load the pages. The host, Cloudflare, may process connection data such as IP address as part of delivering the site. That processing is described in Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.

Email you send us

If you email us, we use the message to reply and to do the work you asked about. That includes whatever you put in it, such as your name, email address, and organization. We keep the correspondence while we need it to answer you and finish the work. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for advertising.

We may use a service provider to host company email. That provider processes the message so it can be delivered and stored for us.

Custom IoT devices

A question about what a device collects should name the device. If that device has its own privacy notice, the notice is the one that applies.

Children

This website is a business site. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through the site.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
